After the conversation between Krishna and Yudhishthira, the Yadus and Pandavas exchange embraces and mutual respect. The foremost among the Yadus return to their houses, while Yudhishthira continues his pilgrimage — arriving at the excellent tirtha constructed by the king of Vidarbha near the Payoshni river, whose waters are mingled with soma juice.

Then they greeted one another and showed mutual respect. They embraced the elders and all those who were young. The foremost among the Yadus returned to their own houses. The kingYudhishthira — went on to the tirthas (sacred pilgrimage sites). Having parted from Krishna, Dharmaraja went to the excellent tirtha constructed by the king of Vidarbha. He went and dwelt near Payoshni, whose waters were mingled with the soma juice that had been extracted there.
